Mind Body coaching is an exploration of growth and self-awareness that you and I undertake together.
This is for you if you have a specific issue you need help with or you just want to test the waters. You’re dealing with chronic pain or symptoms and perhaps you just want to talk through some of the ideas that have you stumped about TMS (Tension Myositis Syndrome)/MBS (Mind Body Syndrome). We’ll cut to the heart of the matter so you can get clear on your next steps.

You believe you’re dealing with TMS, and now you need help applying the principles. I’ll help guide you to a place where greater self-compassion, self-awareness and understanding are possible. We’ll see what your body is saying, and together we will work to rewire your brain, soothe your nervous system, and get you back to the activities you love.

You’ll receive all the benefits of 5 sessions, with the time and space to go deeper. We’ll have more time to sort out the patterns, emotions, and ways of appoaching life that may have led you to this place, and you’ll learn to become ever more gentle with yourself.

How will we meet for sessions?
We will meet over zoom.
How long do I have to use my sessions?
My clients find that meeting every one to two weeks is ideal, but sometimes life gets in the way. You have 3 months to use the series of 5 sessions and 5 months to use the series of 10 sessions.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session. There are no refunds, but I will work with you to reschedule your session.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due prior to the start of the first session, via PayPal or Venmo.
