You’re not sure which ones to start with, which ones to keep doing, or even what works! It’s starting to feel like you might spend all your spare time doing mind-body healing “work” that really does feel like work.

You’ve got cool things you want to do with your life, and not only is the way you’re feeling slowing you way down, the road to feeling better feels anything but clear.

I’ve totally been there! When I was first learning about Mind Body Syndrome and trying to piece it all together, so much felt fuzzy and unclear. I just didn’t know if I was doing it right or if it would work for me.

One evening, I was lying in bed with a familiar knot forming under my shoulder blade. That knot was a harbinger of painful symptoms, and my habitual response when I felt its tightening, was dread. But I had a new tool, somatic tracking, and I decided to give it a try. I focused on my breathing, and then with as much distance as I could muster, just observed this knot, while telling my brain I was safe.

To my amazement, it dissolved before my eyes.

I learned something powerful that evening. My body wasn’t my enemy. That knot was simply a muscle in my body, responding to something my brain perceived as dangerous. That was the start of finding relief from physical symptoms, and hope that I, too, could get better.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping individuals facing TMS issues such as chronic migraine, chronic fatigue, or neck and back pain release pain, move freely in their bodies again, and get back to the activities they love with a simple plan that feels totally doable. Using a mind-body approach that allows them to heal on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level, I help them shift into seeing pain as a pathway for an inner discovery process that leads to greater self-compassion, self-awareness and a sense of aliveness.

I’ve learned a lot through studying with some of the best names in the mind-body world: Howard Schubiner, Abigail Morgan and Rebecca Tolin. My practice takes the best of what I’ve learned and combines it with my own unique understanding of what it takes to heal. As a result, I’ve created a straightforward coaching program to guide you through the steps you need to take in order to feel better and get back to doing what you love. The best part? It’s going to feel doable and simple to implement into your daily life.

The 1-1 Somatic Support for Mind-Body Healing Program: Diving Deep focuses on the power of the body to initiate healing in a simple yet deep way. With one to one attention, we’ll have the space to dive deep together, allowing for more time to sort out the patterns, emotions, and ways of approaching life that have led you to this place. I’ll help you make sense of mind-body healing by guiding you through somatic practices and answering questions that have got you stymied. Plus, you’ll get my 4-part framework for healing AND a daily email from me to help you stay on track.

How it Works



We’ll choose a time that we can meet twice a month for 3 months for regular coaching calls (6 sessions total).



You’ll get my simple 4-step plan for healing.



You’ll receive daily emails to give you clear, exact steps for what to do every single day.



You’ll implement the daily practice, and bring your questions and roadblocks to our sessions.

Practicing under the guidance of an experienced coach lets your mind rest easy that you’re “doing it right.”

Practicing on your own in between sessions builds confidence that you can do it.

Sign up for additional 3 month cycles as long as you need to get your feet under you and back to what you love. You believe your pain is caused by a structural issue.

You’re looking for a magic pill.

You’re looking for a place to vent (I will meet you where you are with kindness and compassion, and sometimes that means sharing about your symptoms, but please know that our time together will not look like a pain support group).

You believe the real healing only happens during a coaching session, and are unwilling to put in consistent effort on your own time.
